Harbinger designed the boardwalk, and Waldt Construction of Point Harbor is building it.
The project cost is $206,567, with funding coming primarily from the states
Public Beach and Waterfront Access Program and Natural Heritage Trust Fund. The Coastal
Wildlife Refuge Society, an affiliate of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and The
Nature Conservancy also are helping pay for the boardwalk.
