N.C. Environmental Policy Act Requirements for Projects Requiring a CAMA Permit

In accordance with Session Law 2011-398, any proposed development that must obtain a Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) Major Permit is exempt from the requirements of the North Carolina Environmental Policy Act.
