North Carolina Wetlands Partnership

Since 1997, the North Carolina Wetlands Partnership has promoted the conservation and values of wetlands, riparian buffers, and watersheds. Areas of interest include:

• Identify wetlands in need of conservation

• Strategies for wetland and watershed conservation

• Educate the public about wetlands and their values and share technical information about wetlands

• Support local efforts to conserve, preserve, and restore wetlands and watersheds

• Sponsor restoration projects on private and public lands
