North Carolina Wetlands Partnership RESTORATION TECHNOLOGY WORKGROUP The purpose of the Restoration Technology Workgroup is to advance watershed restoration technologies through idea exchange, demonstrations, and evaluation of techniques that restore ecological functions and social values in North Carolina watersheds. Workgroup activities include: touring restoration projects; analyzing and discussing restoration plans presented by members of the workgroup; notifying partners of available restoration training opportunities; developing and sharing aquatic site reference data; and exploring the means to integrate research and monitoring activities with restoration projects. |
